Kesha Rose Sebert (kesha) is an American singer-songwriter and rapper. Kesha was born on March 1, 1987 in Los Angeles, Calirfornia. She was exposed to music at an early age through her mother Pebe, a songwriter. In 2005, at eighteen, Kesha was signed to Dr. Luke’s record label and publishing company. Ke$ha has been named the Humane Society International’s first Global Ambassador.
